Client/Employer’s Representative

• Preparation of Project Quality Plan
• Implementation & configuration of the project Document Management System
• Assist the Client in the preparation of ‘scope of services’ and selection process for Architects, Engineers & specialist consultants
• Prepare the overall programme of design, procurement & construction
• Prepare contracts and manage payments of all project consultants

Cost Planning

Full scope of cost planning including:
  • Preparation of general cost plan & project budget from concept drawings
  • Preparation of detailed cost plan from schematic drawings
  • Analysis of consultant’s design and exercising Valued Engineering
  • Attending meeting with consultants to control costs

Tender & Procurement

Management of the Tender Schedule and preparation of documents including:
  • Management of Work Package Tender schedule
  • Pre-qualification of contractors and suppliers
  • Prepare and issue full tender documents inclusive of conditions of contract, preliminaries and consultant’s specifications/tender drawings
  • Chair tender clarification meetings and issue any required tender addendums
  • Evaluation of tenders and issuance of tender comparison report

Contract Management

Management of contracts for suppliers & contractors including:
  • Preparation of Letter of Intent as required
  • Preparation of international standard works contract for each direct contractor
  • Preparation of international standard works subcontract for any nominated subcontractors
  • Preparation of international standard supply of goods contract for each main supplier
  • Management of Guarantees such as advance payment & performance
  • Management of contract agreement log including commencement/completion & defects notification period completion dates

Cost Management

Our Commercial Managers & Quantity Surveyors provide valuable expertise throughout each stage of the project and can provide the following:
  • Management of project or construction budget including detailed monthly cost reports
  • Contract Administration including preparation & issuance of all required contract documentation for main & all direct contractors
  • Full analysis and negotiation of variations to contract & issuance of variation orders
  • Monthly valuation of completed works and issuance of Interim Payment Certificates
  • Final account negotiation
